My primary qualification as a servant of God is faithfulness (I Corinthians 4:2), and my primary skill is handling the Word of God (II Corinthians 4:2). I have demonstrated this by serving the Lord continually, having dedicated my life to the Lord at Laymen’s Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs while a sophomore in high school, accepting God’s call to full time Christian work while a freshman at University of South Florida, preparing myself through a Bible college education at Florida Bible College having graduated in 1972, being ordained by Florida Bible Church in 1972.          

After that time I entered full-time Christian work and have been in full-time Christian work ever since.

My primary goal as a minister of Jesus Christ is to be faithful to, honest with, moldable to, and knowledgeable of the inspired Word of God as I endeavor to lead others to trust Christ as their Savior, and labor to teach and encourage others to do the same.

Experience/ministry history

2003-present-Pastor and founder of Journey Bible Fellowship Church at 3220 Old Canoe Creek Road Saint Cloud, Florida 34772 (www.journeybible.com).

Taught at Solid Rock Theological Seminary and Trinidad Bible Institute in Trinidad West Indies.

Taught at Solid Rock Theological Seminary in Trivandrum, India.

2003-2004 – Taught at Highland Christian Academy/Tabernacle Christian School in Lakeland, Florida.

2004-2005 – Taught in Otis Memorial Academy. (Also in 2013)

1994-2003 – Taught at Heritage Christian School in Kissimmee, Florida

1991-1994 – Taught at Kingsway Christian School.

1990-1994 – Was pastor at Community Baptist Church in Saint Cloud, Florida.

1989 – Taught at Florida Bible Christian School in Hollywood, Florida.

1985-1989 – Was pastor of Little Rock Creek Baptist Church in Saint Cloud, Florida.

>During the seventeen years we were missionaries in North Carolina I taught Bible classes and Bible clubs in the public schools of Avery, Yancey, and Mitchell counties at Avery high school, Bowman High school, Bowman Middle school, Tipton Hill middle school, Deyton elementary school, Harris middle school, Mitchell high school, East Yancey high school, East Yancey middle school, Cane River middle school, and I taught Bible through Mayland Technical College.

1974-1985-Started Bible clubs through Youth Barn ministries in homes and churches: (Our own home and Dr. and Mrs. EFP Brigham’s, and in Mount Celo Presbyterian Church, and Three Mile Presbyterian Church). We also preached regularly at Crabtree Chapel Baptist Church, Ridgeview Presbyterian church, Red Hill Methodist church, Bethlehem Methodist church, Bakersville Methodist church, and Mount Celo Presbyterian church. I also had a weekly 30 minute radio broadcast.

1974-1975-Worked as program director, Bible club director, athletic director, and Personal Evangelism teacher through New Life Fellowship at Teen Valley Ranch.

1972-1974-Started Hendersonville Christian Youth Ranch in our home, and worked with the youth of Hendersonville Community Church, then Brightwater Baptist Church in Hendersonville.

1971-1972-Directed Hialeah junior high Youth Ranch in Hialeah Florida while at Florida Bible College.

Education

Received a Doctorate of Theology from Solid Rock Theological Seminary in India.

Received a Master of  Divinity from Solid Rock Theological Seminary in Trinidad.

Received a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education on May 20, 1972 from Florida Bible College having graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Finished two courses at Luther Rice Seminary.

Attended University of South Florida.
