Journey Bible

Memory Verse
“But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men.” Philippians 2:7

How did Jesus become the form of a man?

“______________ _______________ of no reputation,

and took upon him the form of a servant,

and was made in the likeness of men.”

When God the Father chose to become a man, He laid aside His glorious attributes. He was temporarily no longer omnipresent. If He was in Jericho, He was not in Jerusalem. He temporarily laid aside His omniscience and had to “increase in wisdom” while on earth and “learn obedience.” He was no longer omnipotent, but received His power to heal and cast out demons from the Holy Spirit.
